Sapiens solutions is a team of experts specializing in the development of solutions in the areas of analytics platforms, data warehousing, reporting, planning and forecasting systems. The company was founded in 2012 by a group of experts and during this time has implemented more than 70 projects in the fields of design, implementation and maintenance of corporate data warehouses, as well as in reporting systems based on proprietary and open technologies such as SAP, Greenplum , Clickhouse , Microstrategy , Qlik , Easy Report and others.
The primary value brought by Sapiens solutions derives first and foremost from our staff. The core team has remained virtually unchanged since inception, with new experts and juniors who share in our values joining the company each year. Mutual support, knowledge sharing and a clear distribution of responsibility within a hierarchy allow us to find solutions to the most complex problems and achieve results as part of our projects.
We love order and structure, given that our goal is to organize our clients' data, both of these are crucial at every institutional and operational level.

RESULTS
2012:
Sapiens solutions was founded in 2012.
2013-2015:
For this entire period, the company has been developing analytical solutions based on the SAP BW/ SAP HANA platform. Our first company project back in 2013 was Data Transformation on behalf of Lenta LLC. We then began to cooperate with the companies Megapolis and M.video LLC working on implementation of RSPS 1.0 (Retail Sales Planning System). In 2014, Sapiens solutions began a large project relating to SAP BW Data Warehousing and development of reporting on behalf of PJSC Detsky Mir. 2015 turned out to be a highly productive year for the company. A set of complex procedures were implemented on behalf of MegaFon Retail to assist planning and distribution of their product range, pricing and sectoral reporting. Additionally, for Lenta LLC, we worked on a project relating to tax accounting on the SAP BW platform along with a system for statistical reporting. For M.video , we developed a sales planning system, made a pricing system and migrated the data warehouse from Sybase to SAP BW on HANA. For PJSC Detsky Mir we were involved in the supporting and developing data warehouses. By the end of 2015, our company constituted nearly 30 employees.
2016–2019:
Beginning from 2016, Sapiens solutions became a multi-vendor company. In addition to SAP solutions, the company began working on projects to implement and support Qlik BI systems and work involving the open-source analytical MPP database, Greenplum. By the end of the year, Sapiens solutions became Arenadata's partner for implementation and support of its Arenadata DB and QuickMarts solutions. During the period 2017-2019, Sapiens solutions started working with clients from a variety of industries including: the financial sector (Sberbank, Alfa-Bank ); oil and gas and manufacturing (Sibur , Gazprom); and pharmaceuticals (Pharmstandard, GSK). Since 2017, the company began to work with the support of analytical systems in accordance with the 7 by 10 regime (10 hours, 7 days a week). Our support aims shifted towards providing 2nd and 3rd line support services.
2020-present:
2020 became a test of durability for many companies. Despite this, all of our customers extended and expanded their contracts with Sapiens solutions, thanks to which the company grew despite it being a year of crisis. In 2020-21, Sapiens solutions began its cooperation with international companies Bacardi and Ecco. New goals were set for the implementation of the BI systems: Microstrategy and Easy Report. In 2020, Sapiens solutions launched a data engineering
training program
(Data Engineering) open to all and running periodically. The learning modules are divided by technology, the first module being created for the SAP HANA, SAP BW and SAP BO products. The goal of the program is to popularize solutions for working with data and the culture of Data Governance. Based on the final results of each in-take to the program, Sapiens solutions makes job offers to the best students. In the future, there are plans for courses in working with Greenplum and Clickhouse databases, Microstrategy and Qlik BI solutions, and Spark streaming computations.
