I hereby, being of sound mind, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, pursuant to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", give my consent to

Limited Liability Company "Sapiens Solutions", TIN 7725294897, legal address: Moscow, Akademika Tupoleva Embankment, building 15, building 22, room 1H (hereinafter – the Operator), which owns the website https://sapiens.solutions (hereinafter – the Site) (the Operator's resource through which the processing of personal data is carried out) for the following:

processing of my personal data of other categories (not relating to special categories of personal data or biometric personal data), namely:

  • surname, given name, patronymic;

  • city of residence;

  • phone number;

  • e-mail address;

  • citizenship;

  • year of birth (age);

  • gender;

  • marital status;

  • information about education;

  • information about employment history;

  • position;

  • profession

for the purposes of selecting a candidate for a vacant position at the Operator's organization

by means of collection, recording, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction, storage carried out using automation tools, including in information and telecommunications networks, as well as without the use of automation tools.

This Consent is valid until the Operator makes a decision on employment/refusal of employment. After that, personal data is stored for no more than 30 days, then subject to destruction. The destruction of personal data is carried out by erasing the data by overwriting with drawing up an act of destruction of personal data.
